The Inquiry
How can we sync with nature? By remembering ourselves as nature! A space to slow down, heal, and explore transformation with community. This project uses a storytelling format with creative practice and deep reflection to help participants connect creative curiosity with somatic awareness.
Practice-Based Research as a Site of Care
Informed by 30+ years of embodiment and somatic studies and own art practice alongside my Interdependent Indigenous Ecologies and delivered internationally since 2011, these workshops have been hosted at Griegakademiet, Herosalen, Sjelevarme, and across the historic city spaces of KODE (the art museums of Bergen). They actively offer tools and resources that participants can take forward to create space for deep rest, tension release, and somatic movement inquiry.
